2012 is a year to allow God to govern our lives privately and then He will promote us publicly and use us to govern the world. For upon the shoulders of Christ is His government and it will have no end. It is time we stop looking to God like people look to the government as a bail out plan. Genesis 1:28 says we are called to govern the earth.
Christ the head cannot establish His kingdom without we His body being rightly aligned with Him. We become aligned with God by abiding in Him through prayer. Prayer must become our daily priority above all else. When God is able to order our footsteps then we become His instruments to govern the world.
Islam is trying to spread Chaos to bring forth their Messiah the "Mahdi." Chaos can only spread where their is a lack of order. While the world's governments are toppling, the government of God will arise and bring forth the order of Heaven on earth countering and defeating the plans of the enemy. We shall see kingdom minded people who have developed godly order and are properly positioned promoted in unexpected places within the seven mountains of influence in society.
Our prayers can no longer be self centered and childish based on what God is to do for us, but mature based on what God reveals He wants to do through us.
Our spiritual growth is determined by our nutrients, we need a healthy diet of all five grace gifts God has given to the church, including the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher as described in Ephesians 5:22-26. We shall see the five fold ministry more fully functioning in the body of Christ this year.
We must not fear the end of the world as many doomsday prophets are declaring but rather walk by faith no matter how things may appear keeping our eyes on Jesus as we look forward to the transition between one age to the next.
Apostolic strategy
The purpose for government is to establish order.
